Our Leadership
The national leadership of Tau Beta Pi is composed of five Executive Councillors and an Executive-Director, as well as an extremely dedicated supporting staff. The council is elected every four years at the National Convention. For the current members of the Leadership, click here.
National Convention
The annual gathering of every undergraduate and alumni chapter of Tau Beta Pi across the nation serves as the supreme governing body of the organization, the main training session for executives of each chapter, and a fantastic place to meet fellow members from outside the District. Hosted each year by a different collegiate chapter, the National Convention is an opportunity for those serving as executives of the Ohio Beta Chapter and is an awesome way to get to know the organization and all it has to offer.
District Conference
Although only one or two members are able to attend National Convention, each spring the 16 different districts in the USA host their own local conferences to update on the happenings across the District (we in District 7 include all of Ohio and Michigan) and educate members over a weekend of social and educational activities between multiple members of each chapter in the area. Let us know if you're interested in attending as soon as you can, and we can try to make it happen! The 2019 District 7 Conference is taking place this spring at Ohio State University on April 13th.
